I founded Simple Balance Nutrition in 2016 with the goal of building a place where people could receive science-based nutrition information. how i got here...

Before I turned myself into SIMPLE BALANCE NUTRITION, I practice in the areas of chronic disease prevention and healthy weight loss. Empower people to stay nourished and well in order to discover and nurture a healthy relationship with food.

After being a mom, I found that there is so much misleading information about food, diet and childhood nutrition out there. I started specializing in childhood nutrition and my practice has started to evolve over the past few years.
From a general practice, to gut health, to helping parents raise happy and healthy eaters, who grow to have a positive relationship with food.

WHICH LEADS ME TO WHY THIS SITE EXISTS: I’M HERE TO HELP YOU.

I believe that in order to improve the health of our future generations, every family should have access to the best advice on feeding children. It has to be practical, easy to follow and focus on building confidence in parents instead of triggering panic, guilt and shame.

There are very few dietitians specializing in childhood nutrition across the country, which makes accessibility extremely low.
